ISRO chairman told- how much time will it take for Chandrayaan 3 to land? Today at 6.04 pm, Chandrayaan 3 is preparing for a soft landing on the lunar surface. ISRO has said that the mission will be on schedule and its live telecast will start at 5:20 pm.

ISRO Chairman S. Somnath while talking to the English newspaper Times of India has said that the entire process of landing may take up to 30 minutes. It is being said that the last 15 minutes will be the most important. S Somnath said, “It may take about 30 minutes. The exact timeline will depend on many aspects of the mission,

such as the condition of the lander module, how the systems are working, If today Vikram Lander succeeds in soft landing on the south pole of the moon, then India will become the first country to do so. Also, after America, China and Soviet Union, India will become the fourth country to make a soft landing on the lunar surface.
