Let us tell you that on Thursday morning in Saurai Bujurg Saurai Bujurg village, 4 girls fell ill, it was found that all four had eaten toffee. After which the girls were taken to the district hospital, but seeing the situation becoming uncontrollable, all four were referred to the Sarojini Naidu Children’s Hospital in Prayagraj.
But by then it was too late, on reaching there, two real sisters had died painfully, while the condition of two remains critical till the time of writing the news, their neighbor youth was accused that the neighbor youth had given them the toffee. Sourai elderly village resident Rajkumar is an advocate by profession, it is alleged that his daughter Varsha, 7 years old, was given poisoned toffee by the youth of the neighborhood.
After which his daughter took the toffee and brought it to her cousin sister Aarushi, 4 year old daughter Ashok Kumar and Sadhna 8 year old and Sadhna and Shalini daughter Basudev. As soon as they got the toffee, they ate it. After some time they all started vomiting. Seeing the vomiting, Varsha told the family members that the toffee was given by the neighbor’s youth. The family members arrived with CSC.
Seeing the condition getting serious, those people were sent to the district hospital, but even there when their condition did not improve, all four were sent to the Sarojini Naidu Bal Chikitsalaya (Children’s Hospital) of Prayagraj late at night. But by then it was too late, it is said that Sadhna died on the way, while Shalini died after being taken to the hospital.
Meanwhile, the condition of Varsha and Aarushi is serious and they have been kept in the ICU. On the other hand, advocate Rajkumar says that he has been having a dispute with the neighboring youth for a long time, and he had dumped the poisoned toffee on their terrace. But was thrown away after which the girls ate that toffee. And here Dr. Rajesh Yadav, pediatrician of Sarojini Naidu Children’s Hospital told that at around 5:30 pm three girls were brought to his place.
Out of which one child Sadhna had already died and almost after 10 minutes Shalini also died. At present, as soon as the information was received, the local police reached the spot and got involved in the investigation. The police also told that they are going to investigate the place where the toffee was thrown.
